As a kitchen assistant, you’ll be the chef’s right-hand person, helping with daily preparations and the cooking and serving of our dishes. You’ll assist with mise-en-place, keep the kitchen tidy and organised, and, together with your colleagues, ensure that every dish leaves the kitchen with care.
During a busy evening, you know how to keep a cool head. You work meticulously, maintain a steady pace and help your colleagues where necessary.
