Owner Arman Adijan barbecues the way people have done for decades, over charcoal and burning wood. The kitchen is powered entirely by wood fire. No gas, no electricity. Just the dry, intense heat of Sekelbo wood from Namibia, which burns for a long time and gives the meat a unique aroma. Our open kitchen is right in the middle of the restaurant. You can see the fire, smell the wood and hear the meat sizzling. That is the experience of a T-bone grill restaurant as it should be.

With a top-quality T-bone BBQ, you don’t need anything extra. No marinades, no seasonings, no thick sauces to hide anything. Just salt and pepper, and the fire does the rest.
